        My facility was built in 1975 when the mini-storage industry was virtually unknown in Chico. There was only one other mini-storage in Chico at that time, Anchor Inn. Many new facilities have come and gone since then, but we have earned a solid reputation for being friendly, caring, available, secure, honest and affordable.

        I have been storing Items at this facility for 2.5 years. The units are clean and easy to get to. The prices are among the best in town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I come in to pay my rent I am greeted by friendly pets. The facility is also very secure, I feel my stored items are very safe at Guy Rents Mini Storage.
