        I think it SUCKS. I have money deposited every week here and I can't set up what I want to do. Which means I'll have to go there every week which I despise. I thought that was online banking was about. Never have to stand in lines deal with people. Maybe I'll find another credit union who can do what I expect. Polish credit union came to job to set up everything I have with Aldenville.

        Poor service. If I could ever...

        Poor service. If I could ever get them to process a payment correctly, I'll be surprised. Every month I get a late notice and have to call to show them I paid on time and on which date and they have to correct the payment. They definitely do not have the bells and whistles of a larger bank if your a busy person and like to do things quickly online. Takes forever!!!

        Way to little tellers that dont know what there doing and have very poor customer service skills. Wont wait in line there again pulled all my money out.

        Most inviting financial instit...

        Most inviting financial institution I have ever been to. Friendly and caring staff, may not always be perfect but will do what they can to help resolve issues. I needed an auto loan and was approved and had my money in 5 minutes. I can't wait to refinance my mortgage.
