Dollar Tree

This Store Needs HELP!!! I use to be a Store Manager for Petco and All For A Dollar. I know how hard it is to run a store. This store manager needs Help. The floor looks like it hasn't been Vac or sweep in a Very Long Time. The employees need to take Pride in the store I found so many hand baskets on the floor, pine cones and store items that were off shelf...Looks like this Friday Night 11/4/16 they might be receiving stock or putting out stock. Some Christmas Merchandise is displayed nicely but some had piles of stock piled or Thrown on the shelf probably clerk had to leave set up job or didn't know what to do with extra merchandise that didn't fit in. I found the secret to a good looking store is CLEAN UP...IF YOU KEEP THE STORE PICKED UP THE CUSTOMERS WILL RESPECT IT AND NOT MAKE IT AS MESSY. I want this manager to know that my comments are met to Help them. You need your employees to Own so many areas of the store and keep it clean...Believe me customers will Notice it....This manager needs more After store Hours to get this store in shape....I know what it is like to not have enough hours...Manager must have a meeting with employees to Teach them that they must be More Responsible for the stores appearance. As a Team they can make this store look good before they leave Each night. But this manager needs EXTRA Hours from the Corp Office to get it so products will sell. The employees Must start Caring or this store will get even worst. Not a good shopping experience for me. Employees must realize that it is part of their job...Pick up and put everything back before they leave. Joan
