Childersburg Primary Care

I had an appointment for a simple annual 'Well Check'. After filling out forms as a new patient, I waited for an hour, with two large televisions playing at the same time - one, a sports channel with Boxing, and the other, nothing but drug advertisements. Annoying, nervewracking, and useless in this environment. Well, the Boxing, anyway. There may be a few people who enjoy nonstop advertisements for drugs... Finally, I had my vital signs taken, then was asked to return to the waiting area. I sat for two more hours. Finally, late for another obligation, I had to leave. While I was waiting, however, I was treated as a 'Walk - In' and was asked three different times if I had an appointment. Also, "Why are you here?" I had no other option but to repeat the fact that I did indeed have an appointment, and the reason for it. I then had to leave - and resort to rescheduling my appointment for the following week. I wa not the only irate patient; I was told repeatedly by others that it always takes 'hours' to be seen by anyone. Childersburg Primary Care is a facility which I will never willingly suffer again. The general lack of professonalism and the careless attitude of the staff was unbelievable. My experience was not 'Disappointing', as the rating claims; it was disgusting.
