Neil was great. Overall it was a positive experience and I hate car shopping.. Who doesn't? The sales men are pushy and they don't listen to what you have to say, but not for Chino Hills Ford. They are the complete opposite!
I contacted them online about a used car. When I came in the car was ready to go for a test drive and the financing was set also. I was in and out very quickly and the sales and finance person were both very nice.

Provided by SuperpagesWhen I went to Chino Hills Ford, the car that I wanted was not there but they found it for me at a different dealership, and it was delivered to me the next day. We worked out the numbers and I got a more than fair price. They went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted.
Chino Hills Ford is great! They took the time to get me in the car I wanted, even though they didn't have it in stock. I got a great trade in price and a great interest rate on my loan. Stellar job sales team.
