I spoke to one of the workers about picking up my belongings and was told that I could pay to get my belongings back that day or wait until I picked up my truck and it would be cheaper because when u pick up a vehicle the belongings come with getting your car out so I waited like instructed so it would be cheaper and my truck ened up getting transferred from one tow yard to another and lost out on that deal and so I wanted to try and get my stuff out and when I had last spoken to one of the workers they told me the fee to get your stuff out would keep going up and Max out at 230$ and after that it would stay at that price (lies) there trying to charge me 850$ cash to get my belongings witch is outrageous ................ Bad business
