West Coast Bagel Co

West Coast Bagel offers a range of about 15 different bagels. My favorites are the old standbys -- sesame, cheese, and everything. The bagels are puffy and give a terrific feeling in your mouth when chewed so that you know you're chewing a bagel and not a slice of bread. They also feature great breakfast bagel sandwiches with a generous helping of fresh eggs. I stumbled upon this place while shopping at a nearby Barnes and Noble bookstore. I ordered two dozen bagels a few days later and stored them in the freezer for the three weeks it took us to eat them with virtually no loss of flavor or texture.
