Avoid this business and any of their products at all costs. My dad bought their IVIEW laptop through Newegg and the sound didn't work. After only two days the laptop wouldn't power up. Because it had been 33 days, Newegg said the warranty was on the manufacturer which was IVIEW/Wiltronic. At first they wanted me to pay the shipping costs to return this piece of junk. I refused and filed consumer complaints. They finally repaired the laptop which needed a new battery but get this..........they now have charged me for the battery so I filed another consumer complaint and now they want to tack on labor for repairing their product in just 33 days. They tried to pull that old excuse of a screw missing which let them off the warranty but my wife took a photo before returning. Because they are practicing fraudulent business practices they are in violation of criminal laws. Like I said..AVOID. Junk product and worse, they do not stand behind it.
