I just moved out here and needed to find a dentist so tried this place out. This was the worst dentist experience I have ever had. First, I had an appointment at 8am and I wasn't even seen until 9am. The people were very unorganized and I only saw the main dentist for maybe 30secs. Then, as I was having my teeth cleaned two people were helping at the same time. They were talking, gossiping and singing while they were cleaning my teeth. This was very unnerving because they were looking away and not concentrating while I had sharp tools in my mouth not to mention paying a lot of money for this appointment. Then, They were passing the sharp tools over my face and gave me no protective glasses during the cleaning. They were waving the tools around while they talked and I was very fearful it was going to poke me in the eye. Then, at the end of the appointment they gave no option of where to send the bill, they made me pay up front right then and gave me no fair warning. These appointments are not pocket change!!! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had!!! Please do not make the same mistake and see them. I know there are more qualified, caring dentists. I am in grad school right now in the medical field and in my first year I feel like I have more common sense and better patient care then they did!!!!
