        Overall

        The previous owner had a reputation for great service at reasonable prices. He built the business to a desirable level as it has been sold. The new owner contacted me and made a verbal promise even though I was not yet ready for services. When I did call back for service, that promise proved to be empty. They didn't even call back. I did find another service that was made room for my urgent need in the price range I had in mind.
