Steak 'N Egger

I am been a customer with this restaurant for over 20 years and I have never went through what happened today 9/8/08. I would like to know when the menu changed for subsituting a type of food. I ordered your 3 eggs, 3 bacon, 3 sauage and 3 pancakes and subsituted the sauage for bacon. I was told that you get one less meat if you subsitute, but I paid the full price for the meal. I would like to have this subsitute rule in writing. Please respond!!!
