Trans-Star Transmissions

If I could give a minus star, I would. They initially replaced the transmission on my Ford Explorer. After a few months, my vehicle stopped. What good is having the warranty if they can't get it right the first time and they can't get the job done the second time? It's been in their shop for two months. Supposedly, Benny lost a mechanic and is short-handed. How does he run his business? Apparently, not well. After several calls, he promised to have it ready. Now he's not taking my calls. I am definitely filing a complaint with the BBC and contacting the Attorney General's office.

Horrible!!! Worst experience I have had ..Have had my Blazer there for a year and they still can't seem to get the transmission fixed ..After pushing and calling they tell me its ready. I go pick it up and it stops on me on the express way.I call they send a tow truck and it has been there ever since.. I feel they expect me to forget about it and leave it there after paying all that money to get a transmission rebuilt..I will be contacting the BBB !!!!

Horrible business. They take forever to repair your car and whenever it breaks down they say you have a 2 year warranty. even so they take forever to fix it with the warranty. Very rude staff and they don't keep their word on when your car will be returned. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They just want your money and don't put effort in actually repairing your car.
