        no cutomser service

        I have had cin bell for over two years. I had a problem with my additional lines in March. I have been trying to get them to fix it since then. I call every month to follow up on this problem. It has been four months and it is still not fixed. I talk to the area managers. They do not follow up on their problems. It is left up to you to make sure it is fixed. I have been over charged by several hundred dollars. I am still waiting on credit as I put this in the system.
