Professional and friendly. Called on saturday, of course since that was a weekend day and the problem was non-emergent, scheduled service for monday. Online scheduling is easy to use and reliable. Employee was kind enough to lock the basement door behind him and shut the garage door before exiting the front door (without me asking him to). Highly recommend and will use this company again.
