We were not planning on buying just looking bur once we teat drove and realized we could get payments within our budget we bought.

The service team was on point. They did the research and found the issue I was having was due to a recalled part.

Very nice for my first service visit! I thought the wait time for an oil change was a little excessive. I guess that's what I get for not showing up right at opening time.

did not like the dealer installed protection package that was installed on my Traverse. This was not told to me until I was signing all the paper work at the closing. I was called by a lady from the dealership the day of my pick-up of the vehicle and told her that I was not happy with this. She told me that is how the dealership does business, if I had known this in advance I would have requested another vehicle that did not have this applied.

Everything went smoothly and in a timely fashion. No problems. I was even Served donuts and coffee, not just offered them.

The service center was great on my last visit. I was brought right in and my needs were met. The coffee and doughnuts were a huge plus as I had not had breakfast because it was so early.
