We would like to say a big "Thank you" to and for 2 wonderful employees working at your store, Glenway Avenue - Names are Kyle and Ashley. They assisted us at the Service Dept. We were involved in a very complicated procedure at the Western Union area. Kyle took a great deal of his time, chicking things out, making phone calls, and never once lost patence with us during the hours time as he helped bagging at the nearby grocery line in between telephone calls for us on this problem. When he completed all he could he handed it over to a very helpful girl, Ashley, also very patient. She ended solving our problem with thef friendly words, "That's what we're here for!" .Kroger should be proud of these 2 employees.

I've been shopping at this store for 27 years. Some of the staff is the same as when I first moved to the Westside 27 years ago :) It's always been a clean, well stocked store with staff that will find or order anything you'd like to see that isn't already there. Pharmacy is also very easy to work with and helpful. Thanks for all the years of great service. Keep up the high standards and great employees.
