        These people are extremely unprofessional. They are rude. They towed my car to the wrong place, left it on the street and would not to to the correct address. I had to pay another tow company to tow the car to the correct shop. Beware!

        The drivers were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was scared and they helped me during a tough time , the driver took care of us like family and made sure we got to our destination safely. They were fast and reasonable cost-wise . Very easy to work with , I will definitely recommend to all my family and friends , I will be using them again . Thank you Northgate Towing !!

        Probably the most unprofessional and rudest companies I've ever dealt with.

        Drivers are extremely aggressive and when contacting the company they were extremely belligerent.

        I would highly not recommend this company
