Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Chris came out to camera my line and Nick came out to auger my line. Both were prompt professional and took time to explain the reasons and possible outcomes and next steps.

I had a slow draining kitchen sink after Christmas Eve. I called the day after Christmas and the customer service agent was courteous and scheduled me at my convenience. The technician was prompt and polite and explained what he was going to do and gave me a price upfront. He completed the work and cleaned up after himself. The only ting I would say that was negative is the price. 1 hour of work for $300 ?

Brenden was awesome! Busy day so took a little while to come out, but once they made it out he was thorough, professional, and friendly. Would recommend him highly!

Wow! I was surprised when a woman plumber showed up at our house. I've never had a woman plumber before and I didn't know what to expect. She was phenomenal! We had had another company send two plumbers to work almost all day a few days earlier to try to unclog our line to our septic tank, and they left at the end of the day claiming it couldn't be done. Well, all it took was a short time with ONE plumber - a WOMAN PLUMBER - and she broke through this blockage and got things flowing again. I cannot say enough about Leslie's care and professionalism in doing a superwoman job! I was especially pleased how much more comfortable I was having a woman plumber in my home - and she saved the day for me, too. Thank you, Leslie!

We needed our sink to get unclogged and the technician, Harry was able to quickly solve the problem and point out how to prevent the problem in the future by easily fixing the pipe in the basement. Even though it took a while for them to come to our house, they called earlier in the day to keep us updated, which was helpful! We appreciated the quality work completed!

I had an outside drain off my basement that was clogged and flooding into my basement due to all the rain. I called the direct line, dispatch indicated they would have someone contact me within an hour. When they called they said they had a technician available and he was on the way to provide me a quote. He was also very helpful in discussing with me replacement of my water heater, which I know is just around the corner of being critical. We were replacing our 1/2 bath sink when we realized the valves were stuck and wouldn't turn. We figured they will need to be replaced which is beyond our expertise. Roto-Rooter came out the next day and replaced our sink valves. Thanks for always being so dependable! :)

The technician, Brian Sharp, was right on time, professional, extremely helpful...and most importantly fixed the problem and in record time!!! I had a quote days before for to fix the issue, which was very high and would take days.
