        Overall

        A cozy little neighbor"hood" bar nestled in the middle of section 8 housing. Frequented by all the colorful characters that govt subsidized housing brings. Stop in for a drink after leaving your dealer's apartment and say Hi to all the creepy old men in their 70s.

        Towerview used to have an awesome bartender named lou. Randy is a great guy but the owner is a punk. Just avoid that hack and you will have a great time.
