i agree the place is horrible. they act like they ar giving you a good deal but they are not. the first day i had the car i noticed trouble. the car was leaking oil, had trouble making it up hills, and began overheating before the end of the first month. i was unable to drive an locked into a 3 year loan. will be taking them to court.

I educated and armed myself, and then contacted Metro after I found what I wanted in their on-line inventory. These people are great. Real human beings. They were helpful on the phone, on the web and in person. Everyone was friendly and professional. Everyone. How weird is that to be able to say about any business anywhere? That was surprising and pleasing to find. Integrity and honesty are part of this company policy in their actions. No one had to tell me, they actually act that way. I saw it.

The inventory that we actually looked at and asked about was quality. They are honest about their vehicles. These are used cars. And we got full and complete answers to all of our questions. If our sales rep did not know, she found out.

There were no huge haggles over financing, any part of it. No haggles over the price. They are extremely reasonable in prices and attitude. We got a great car and a great deal. I would highly recommend Metro, to my daughter, mother and best friend. I will return myself for the future purchase when we add a car for another driver in the house.

I simply can't put it plainer than that. I'd buy there again, and if you took the trouble to read this, I'd suggest you check and see if they can't help you out too. I'm happy with what I paid and what I got. And I'm picky.

Purchase a car from there, had many problems with it, owner not willing to make the deal right..Seems this car business is ran by a family of crooks. Seems the family running it is more worried about profits rather than selling dependable cars. WAYYY overpriced!! Your car will fall apart! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!
