Sound Environments

I wish this were a positive review but it is not. Kevin of Sound Environments does not stand behind his work. The job involved installation of 2 home theater areas. I did not purchase HT equipment from them as prices elsewhere were much better. As part of the installation, ISF certification was performed on 2 TV's but one TV's picture was never correct. After multiple calls to Kevin to come out and assess/fix the problem, he would not return my calls even after I said I would even pay to fix the issue. After contacting the manufacturer, the TV could not be brought back to factory default settings so I am left with poor picture color quality or having to pay someone else $300 to recalibrate the TV again. That to me is very poor business ethics. In looking back at the whole job for the price I paid, a number of aspects of the job were not completed professionally. I recommend you do not hire this company if you want quality installation and someone who will stand behind their work.
