Pittsburgh Computer Doctor

The Pittsburgh computer doctor treated my sick computer. He certainly had the right diagnosis and his prescription worked like medicine.

We are well now and he is always on call. I highly recommend The Computer Doctor.

I told the Pittsburgh Computer Doctor both times that I needed his services that I am the stupidest computer user in the world and of course he laughed and began talking to me in laymans terms to explain what he did to fix my problems. VERY reasonable, compared to the Geek Squad who whould have charged almost $600 for repairs (but fortunately my warranty hadn't expired). I highly recommend anyone to read a telephone pole ad (how I discovered the Doctor lol) and call for the easiest, most reasonable, professional computer repair service who makes house calls!! in the 'burgh!

I have used this company twice for virus removal and general tune-up issues. The owner is thorough, polite and conscientious in the way he does his job. One or two day service turnaround was accomplished with both visits. Price is reasonable. I liked the fact that home visits are done. Time was taken to explain various issues and concerns that he noted during the repair. Try to get that from Best Buy or any of the other stores. They will read you the notes from the technician report but that does not always tell you much. I called Pittsburgh Computer Doctor again today because my computer was working but doing some weird things. He used a remote device to gain access to look at my files and drives and helped correct the problem. Since it was only a couple months since my last use of the service, I was provided free advice and correction over the phone. Computers seem to go haywire without reason. It is comforting to have this "clean up" company on the sidelines ready to jump into the game when you need them.

My computer was sick and running slow. Computer doctor made a house call the same day, fixed me up, taught me some new things and life was good once again! The doc even helped me by email after he left. I definitely recommend him and will use him again.

I had been a military wife for 15 years and had always depended on my husband's advice for many things to include who to use when our computer needed service. We used many services as we lived all over the USA. Regretably, our marriage ended in divorce and I moved back to Pittsburgh as many of us do.

I have a PC work station and it was failing. The Geek Squad gave me an appointment in 2 weeks so I called Pittsburgh Computer Doctor and he was amazing. He came right over, re-built "the monster" and now I am up-and-running with all the technology my Imagination needs. Plus he did it for half the price (if not less) and is a phone call away whenever I need assistance.

It is nice to know a reliable, pleasant specialist who has the genius to make it all work. I am impressed.

I used PGH Computer Dr several times; completely satisfied. prices are fair, in home service and very reputable!!

Used Pittsburgh Computer Doctor about 3 months ago. Best Buy wanted over $300 and 2 weeks to fix it. Computer Dr. did it for $150 and had it back to me in 2 days! Will never use any other place in the future.
