Bed Bath & Beyond

Every time I purchase something from Best Buy, I have something that comes up where I have to contact their customer specialist. The phone number for the store is not available so you have to call the corporate office. Once you get into that mad house of being put on hold and transfered to a another hold que when someone does pick up a phone. They still can't help you and put you on hold again. I truly don't know how they stay in business. I will not purchase ANYTHING from them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
