Bagel Bin

I don't come here frequently even though I live close by primarily because the guy behind the counter is rude and quite snotty to the customers. Yesterday I went in for a coffee and plain toasted bagel not realizing they don't provide butter in the condiment area. After I got my bagel I asked for a butter patty and he lectured me and then charged me 65 cents for the patty. I declined and pointed out that butter patties are usually included as a condiment. He told me if I don't like it, don't come back! I don't like it and I wont come back. They have lost myself, my family and I will spread the bad word to my neighbors, co-workers and friends as well--all for a butter patty. How stupid is that?

There is an alternative though. The Giant grocery store in the same center has a Starbuck's if you don't want to pay the high prices or take the abuse at the Bagel Bin.
