This is in response to Ms Hanlon's experience while working as an Independent contractor at my studio.

We reside in a transient military community. It is not unusual for turnover to occur with staff. As long as my clients are taken care of with the utmost best customer service and business operations are sufficed, the boundaries are kept in place. There are conflictions when this does not occur which unfortunately may result in parting ways. In addition, due to my 13 years of Nursing background, I have a good just on confidentiality.

During your time at my studio, you were provided with the opportunity for the following training:

Brazilian Waxing
Lash Lift
Eyelash Extensions

In addition, your children were allowed to accompany you to work while you provided services so you did not have the expense of childcare.

You were gifted daily life coach sessions and business mentorship. I am with deep regret to read your experience at my studio and working under my guidance was so horrific. I wish that was communicated with me more effectively. Especially after providing services at the studio for 11 months. If this perspective is your "truth", your termination could have been voluntary and sooner rather than later.

When your boyfriend contacted me and requested suggestions on what to gift for the holiday, those were simply suggestions. I was aware of your financial stressors and believed that would assist you with establishing peace.

I have been assisted on my business journey by private investors. Male and Female. They recognize my stellar work ethic and passion for my art and request to contribute to assist with my success.

As far as your last pay, there are monies owed to the studio and you have received an email with the details of the debt. I am open to offering you a payment plan so it can be taken care of with the least amount of financial burden.

Furthermore, I truly pray you discover peace and have the ability to move forward.

Terrible!!Stay away from this place and especially don't let your husband go there! The owner will have his phone number and use it for personal pleasure! Then when confronted she suggested yoga for love and passion and kept Blowing my phone up with laughing emoljs!! Plus she is married. I doubt that her husband have any idea YET! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Will never get my business nor my friends and family!
