Among the things that stood out were: their courtesy when I asked them something, no time wasted, each one working in a specific area, and working areas kept clean all the time. They were extremely patient with us throughout the whole process, with all our questions and plans and changes. We were given expert guidance towards the best possible result, and that's what we got!

I wasn't in town for part of the project and Merrell make sure to keep things moving along. It was easy to communicate with them when I needed to make some changes, and I knew I could trust them to make it happen without having to contact the vendors myself. They really care about making the customer happy and do what it takes to make sure of it. Results were incredible!
