We offer COVID-19 vaccinations to our established patients as young as 6 months old. First and second booster shots also are available to established patients who are eligible. PMG patients may get vaccines during their scheduled doctor appointments or through our Premier Today same-day clinics.

Gynecology
Following medical school, Family Medicine Physicians have completed a residency that includes significant instruction in pediatrics, gynecology, internal medicine, psychiatry, neurology, surgery and community medicine. These doctors also receive training in many other areas including geriatrics, emergency medicine, orthopedics, otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat) and urology.
Obstetrics
Obstetrics focuses on pregnancy and childbirth. Prenatal care is very important both for mom and her developing baby. During pregnancy, a patient is seen on average of every four weeks through 32 weeks’ gestation. At 32 weeks, appointments are scheduled for every two weeks up until the 36th week, when mom comes in to visit with us weekly.

Internal Medicine Physicians also are known as Internists. Their educational requirements include significant training in many subspecialties such as endocrinology, infectious disease, neurology, geriatrics, dermatology and orthopedics. Internists also complete training in both office and hospital settings. The diversity of this training allows an Internist to offer comprehensive care for a broad range of medical issues for adults.

On these visits, the expectant mom will be weighed and measured. The Physician will also talk through any concerns or issues that a patient may have and will give her an exam and check for baby’s heartbeat. Prenatal screenings like blood tests are available as needed. PMG also offers in-office ultrasound imaging studies.

MRI uses strong magnets and radio waves that work together to form a sharp image of organs and soft tissues.

When you get services from an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, certain providers there may be out-of-network. In these cases, the most those providers may bill you is your plan’s in-network cost-sharing amount. Mammography
A mammogram is used to aid in the early detection and diagnosis of breast diseases in women. At Premier Medical Group, we perform digital mammography with 3D technology, which provides more accurate exam results than 2D alone and reduces the chance of callbacks. *Screening mammograms are covered by most insurance plans, but you still may incur a portion of patient responsibility (coinsurance or deductible) for a 3D exam. Please contact your insurance company with any questions about coverage for the 3D exam.
Computed Tomography
Computed Tomography is a test that combines x-rays with computer scans. The scans appear as slices. The result is a detailed picture that gives information about internal injuries, tumors, broken bones and disease progression.

Evaluation includes the identification, assessment, management, prevention and ongoing care of patients with vascular, arterial or diabetic ulcers as well as skin conditions resulting from incontinence, surgical procedures and/or trauma.
