Loyalty Nails

Loyalty Nails is very clean, the staff is always very nice, the prices are great. Lynn always does my nail shape perfectly and there are a lot of colors available even in gel. I highly recommend them.

My daughter had a prom and wanted to get her acrylic nails removed with being in sports and one fell off today. We live in Riverwood and because we are just down the road decided to step inside. Once inside this place was hot.and undesirable. There was a plant next to me that had candy wrappers in it. The very small grey couch was stained. The tv was playing the food network with cords hanging down, plus the bright lights had some lights burned out. Next the people, an Asian lady looked super tired and had ear plugs the whole time watching something. Next, the actual service. This guy basically ripped off my daughters acrylic nails without soaking at all. She was so upset, I would suggest you do not go to this place. It is not relaxing at all and it seems these people have no idea what they are doing.

I have been here several times and the people have all been great. My wait time hasn't been unreasonable and it is very clean.

If you want rude and non-friendly service, then this is definitely the place for you! The salon manager is rude and very short tempered. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism with a small business to the magnitude of service that was given. Definitely a shocker for this community and one that will not be supported.
