No local phone number available and you have to call the 800 number. I've been on hold for nearly an hour MORE THAN ONCE before anyone answers. Even the online support 'claims' they are getting another technician to help and they leave you waiting. Phone and internet both go out. People in their office have terrible customer service. When my contract expires, I'll go back to Verizon and I hate them too.

dont get internet from them. I have been a customer for over 10 years only because they are the only cable company in town. Their Television is ok, but their internet goes out EVERY DAY.
The thing that makes me the maddest is that I never see this constant laps in Internet service reflected on my bill. In fact, I see them get more and more expensive EVERY YEAR...
