My husband is a licensed mechanic for R&L Auto Service. He worked on a vehicle that Hill Auto Service worked on previously. It was missing two cross member bolt's from the orchids job done by Hill Auto. I would never recommend them. I wish there was a zero star recommendation.
Stay away from these guys! Took my car in for a transmission rebuild. It is according to other mechanics a 3-5 business day job. They turned it into a 13 day job. When I went to get my car, the price was higher than quoted. They also broke my windshield while it was in their shop. I complained to the Better Business Bureau and they have refused to answer the complaint. They have told me that if I have BBB drop the complaint where it is no longer able to be viewed by other consumers than they will reimburse me for the damage to my car.
