Duramade Windows

I just had my home retro fitted with replacement windows and used this company too do the job since the job was done I had to call them back out twice do to poor craftmenship leaks around window frames also missing screws they treated me like it was my fault and tried to get out of fixing there mistakes ............some guy saying he was the gm of this company.. john,,,, im not sure of his last name,because he would not give it to me when i asked,,, then he hung the phone up on me very rude and very hot headed with me if this guy is a gm id like to know where he got his gm skills he seems more like a manger at your local wal-mart then a gm of a window co...ive since had my windows fixed right i used carroll wood windows and doors they fixed what these people did.
