Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Absolutely wonderful experience at the Enterprise on US19 in Clearwater. The guy there was phenomenal. Very professional and the best customer service skill set I have ever seen. I really mean that. In the world where it seems no one cares about customers; this guy was great. I would highly recommend no questions asked. Whatever he is getting paid, it's not enough. I don't "steal" employees, but I'll tell you what, I thought about offering him a job at my business. He is great. Enterprise is lucky to have him.

I reserved a rental car in Tampa to get when my train came in. The train was delayed, and when I called to check to see if anyone was willing to stay an extra 10 minutes to help me, nobody would go the "extra mile" and I got stranded with my 7-year-old daughter. Thank goodness I had a distant relative that lived an hour away and could take me to my hotel in Clearwater. I called Enterprise's customer service and was told there was a store close to my hotel and that they COULD pick me up in the morning. I called right when they opened and they didn't' have anyone there that could come get me. I had prepurchased tickets with a 9am reservation to an aquarium and didn't get there until almost noon... because I had to take a taxi to Enterprise and wait over an hour for my rental car. I was also charged $80 more for picking up the car at this location even though it was 1 day less than my original reservation. I am NOT happy and will NOT be using Enterprise again.
