Florida Final Coat

Florida Final Coat is a terrible company! They don't do what they say they will in the contract, and then when they come back to fix issues that deal directly with warranty work, they yell at you and call you all sorts of names. They were supposed to replace 5 different pieces of wood that were rotten prior to painting and never did. Now the paint job that they did over the rotten would is rearing it's ugly self months later. They refuse to fix it saying they are not a maintenance company and do not replace wood, yet in the contract it says they will replace 5 pieces of rotten wood. They are extremely unproffessional and take advantage of the elderly. DO NOT HIRE this company or you will regret it! Trust Me! My mother paid the price by using this company! It doesn't even deserve 1 star.
