I haven't had a bike in over 20yrs. So when I picked up my brand new 2015 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Custom last October it was like bringing a new baby home...lol. This bike is my pride and joy and aint nuttin' like feelin' the wind on your face and my dreadlocks blowing in the wind. long story short, lol, everybody says that. I would not let anybody dare touch or work on my bike. When I approached Greg and Brian from Custom Cycle Works on some painting I wanted done to blackin' out my handlebars, front/rear/lights, and add a light touch of LEDs to hit the engine, man, you talkin' about poetry in motion. I can barely stop at a light without getting mad-compliments on how great my bike looks. More than anything else, I appreciate on how the staff treated me, I don't know much about bikes (just a rider) but they explained everything in laymen's terms on things I can do to improve performance and get that illusive light growl I'm looking for when I can afford my pipes. These guys are your classic Harley dudes...but they can work on any model or style of bike. Going to their shop is like going to a bike fantasy world...some of the most beautiful custom bikes I have EVER seen. Oh yea, and on the mechanics. I am probably one of thee MOST impatient dudes in the world. I'd come by every-other day to see if it was done yet...lol. They took the time to walk me through the process even though it seemed they had many repairs to do. I wish money grew on trees so I can get them started on my pipes today. Oh Well. Great shop and staff, I aint going anywhere else! Thx guys. Extremely satisfied customer!!

I have been buying parts and having my bike serviced for years at Greg's. The staff makes you feel like part of the crew and they know bikes, oil changes to fabrication, metrics as well as Harleys

Ive had nothing but good experiences here. And these guys have the sickest bikes I have ever seen in their showroom. I dont have much money and a lot of questions, but they always take the time to work with me and help me out. They Always get me goin again. Theyre friendly and knowlegeableand dont mind explaining issues with my bike to me.

Gregs has always done great work to my bike. Ive had exhaust put on, carbs jetted, and new tires. Staff has always been good and kind. I have no complaints. My dad has had work done on his bike also. Its was sitting for years. Gregs got it up and running and it has been running great for over 3 years! I will bring my bike to Gregs no questions asked.

I have a Honda Shadow, it had an ugly paint job on it and a dent on the side of the tank. I took it in to Gregs and they did an excellent job painting it & fixing the dent, and all within my budget. I was very happy with the work they did and would never go anywhere else.

I went to Greg's to have the motorcycle my deceased husband built repaired and in running condition. They were so professional, and understanding, and the bike sounds better now than it did before! I will never go anywhere else, they treat you like they've known you for years!!

My husband got hit while riding his bike. The insurance company sent the check directly to Greg's. Three weeks later and we still don't have the bike back. Apparently once they get paid they don't care how long it takes to get your vehicle back to you. They'll get to it when they feel it's convenient to them. It's too bad the insurance company will only use this place. We'll be filing a complaint in the hopes that Geico will learn their lesson and find a better place to do business with.
