Incompetent.
Avoid at all costs.

They do not know the meaning of follow-up. I have called for 3 days to get answers which might take 5 minutes, but they can't be bothered. Not even sure if they are going to pay me my rent that is due at this point.

Stay far away, lots of promises but once they have the property and a tenant horrible service. If you want to do the accounting for them, have to triple check the accuracy, make sure there are not duplicating bills that are made up, and have to continuously ask for your rent checks as an owner than this is the place for you. Not to mention if you reach out to them there is a 99 percent chance they won't get back to you. Oh I forgot they have now lost the keys, as the locks were recently changed, to my rental that they just received 3 weeks ago.

This company has consistently been inaccurate with there accounting, there follow through and followup are almost non existent, and to get a phone call back is an act of congress. They have cost me more time and money due to mistakes and the time that it takes to follow up on there lack of execution. Over the last year they have, on multiple times paid me the wrong rental income, and have currently been waiting on a check that is 3 weeks over due. I couldn't be more unhappy with this organization and the owner and property manager Jimmy Kopteros

I don't normally give poor reviews unless it's really deserved but I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake I made. I signed up with Jimmy at TBRS trying to find a nice family to rent my property in Florida. I live in Vermont and trying to manage a property without a management company led to many years of bad tenants. Jimmy assured me he would take care of me and find me quality tenants. Everytime there was an issue and I had to pay for something, I had to chase them down for an invoice. Very rarely did anyone return my emails, getting in touch with someone was a joke. After months and months of frustration, the tenants that they placed in my home moved out and I decided not to work with TBRS anymore. Come to find out the tenants left over $7000 worth of damages, they destroyed my home. The carpets were urine soaked and stained, the walls had holes and needed complete repair and repainting. Please DO NOT trust this company, I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Enjoyed working with them, great property managers. Rented our home quickly for top dollar. I would recommend them to others.
