        We offer both 200 and 500hr Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training. In addition we have ongoing classes in the style of Classical Hatha Yoga, Kripalu Yoga, Svaroopa Yoga, Meditation, Prenatal Yoga. We also offer Swedish massage, Ayurveda, Prenatal Massage, Embodiment, Reiki, and other healing art modalities that help to promote healing and wellness. Everyone is welcome, whether you are just beginning to explore the practice of yoga, or you have an ongoing practice. We offer classes for all levels of practice. Class sizes are small and intimate so individual attention can be given to our students.
