Husband and I went to look at a stove and have been to many dealers . Have friends that bought stoves online to save a few dollars and iit cost them a whole lot more in the long run cause they needed more parts cause they only Ibought the stove not everything you need to install. Dealer was very knowledgeable and professional. Great prices on stove.

Awful follow up service. Happy to sell you an overpriced fireplace or stove but you're on your own if there are any issues down the road. Don't return calls and when they do we have been told "we'll get there when we get there". Tried to discuss this today with them and was threatened. I have the voicemail. Stay far, far away.
