This place is full of scam artists. Their trucking rates are terrible; an insult to any trucking company or owner operator. Furthermore, after discussing the load on the phone with a broker, they assumed I would take it, but I never signed any confirmation. Upon the day the load would have picked up the brokers called me starting at 7am to 830am about 6 times followed by 3 emails, (3 voicemails) and there were TWO different people calling me! They said the load was "assumed to be mine" even though I never signed a load confirmation! They shunned me off the phone, threatened to "report me" to some carrier website for abandoning the load and put me on a "Do Not Use" list. Is this high school? I don't have time for company's like this or rates like that; why I didn't formally commit to the load in the first place. In trucking, it's a signature on a piece of paper, OR NOTHING. Do NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy.
