        Overall

        once office people leave there is no one to answer. Weekend office staff member is their 4 hours and gone. Nurses are busy and told to watch 3rd shift. Mom called home complaining had call light on for1 1/2 hrs needed changed. I came in surprising aides in tv room several times.
