If you are looking to live in a clean, quiet environment I highly suggest you choose a home outside of Hawthorne Park Apartments. My apartment was infested with spiders and spider sacks. When I went to management with dozens of pictures proving this, their response to every picture was "where is this?" As if I took pictures in another company's apartment. If an insect infestation is not bad enough, the apartment was FILTHY. I cleaned along with a friend for over 4 hours and the place was still gross. That's 8 hours of cleaning! Also beware of children playing and yelling in the courtyard early on weekend mornings.

This management company manages the Hawthorne Park Apartments in Mayfield Hts, 44124.

Beware of the management team, they are unwilling to clean laundry facilities, and they do not acknowledge the requirement of proper maintance of the furnaces in each apartment. When they are requested to repair such items as the furnace duct tape is their best friend.

I would strongly advise to STAY CLEAR of these people.
