Reliable Couriers

I have had them deliver my packages in Cleveland a few times now to various customers from my Cleveland office and they have always been courteous and on time and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone i know.

This courier service is awesome because of it's flexibility. I needed to get something delivered ASAP from Cleveland to Youngstown and they came thru for me. The courier driver literally came by to my pick up address within 30 minutes of ordering and delivered it in a direct run. I would highly recommend this company and was very satisfied with my courier order.

Their dispatchers are friendly and help you the whole way; and their courier service is quick. I told all my friends and family about them and to use them if they needed a courier service in Cleveland.

They stayed on the phone with me and explained how the whole process would work and they even offered other suggest pickup times that I had not taken into consideration in order for my delivery process to be more efficient. They also sent me very good updates and kept me posted on when my package was picked up and delivered. I would give them a 6 star rating if possible!

I work in the clothing retail business and found that I had a slight situation on my hands when a package was not delivered to one of our regular clients. My usual delivery service didnt pan out because they could not recognize the address (not surprisingly enough I could use google maps and find it myself without any problems) So I went through the trouble of going through various courier services in the Cleveland area. Luckily, I found Reliable Couriers and gave them a call.



From the moment that the phone was answered, to the very end of the call and delivery the dispatcher was very helpful to me. The communciation skills of this delivery service is top notch and I can not stress enough how thankful I am that they were there when I needed them.



The package was delivered quickly and the driver did not have trouble finding the place.

These couriers are fast to say the least. They seem to be the most efficient courier in Cleveland. They came highly recommended based off the other reviews and it's a good thing I tried them because I am satisifed.

I love reliable couriers of Cleveland. I needed a parcel couriered and had a 2 hr window to have it delivered there. Their driver stopped by, picked up my package, and was very courteous and delivered my package unharmed to Lakewood. I totally am going to call them from now on when im in need of a courier service.

They delivered my package in a speedy manner and my package was fragile and it came in an unharmed fashion to it's delivery point. They had great customer service and as far as I can tell their drivers were professional for the very brief moment I had seen my driver and delivered everything in a quick manner.
