I have lived in this neighborhood, near State Road post office for 8 years, and the mail delivery has always been substandard.
Our mail has not always gotten to us, on time, but been misdirected to others on our street, often.
This last time, when we were expecting a boxed package, it was also delivered to the unsavory neighbor's house, and they opened it, ruined the contents, sloppily retaped it and were seen bringing it to my front porch on a Sunday.
The package had OUR correct name and OUR correct address on it. Mail carrier must not care much about people's mail, and be in a hurry. You all suck at this Briggs Post Office on State Road in Parma!!!

IT SEEMS OUR REGULAR MAIL CARRIER IS OUT SICK AND WE HAVE TO CONTEND WITH SUB MAIL CARRIERS GETTING TO OUR NEIGHBORHOOD WHEN THEY GET HERE. OUR ROUTE IS INCORPORATED INTO THEIR REGULAR ROUTE AND WE ARE GETTING OUR MAIL AROUND 5 TO 6 PM ON MOST DAYS DEPENDING ON WHICH CARRIER GOT OUR ROUTE THAT DAY. OUR REGULAR CARRIER, WHICH I DONT KNOW IS GREAT AND I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL HE RETURNS AND I WILL APPRECIATE HIM MORE. I WAS TOLD THAT EVERYONE IS SUFFERING THRU THIS ECONOMY AND THEY ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. I GUESS THAT'S ALL THAT ANYONE CAN SAY SO I HAD TO ACCEPT THE APOLOGY, BUT I STILL DON'T LIKE THE SITUATION BECAUSE IT HAPPENS TO BE MY NEIGHBORHOOD MAIL THAT IS MIXED UP, DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESSES AND DOESN'T GET HERE UNTIL 5 OR 6 PM. OTHERWISE I HAVE NOT MUCH MORE TO SAY.

I recently moved into this neighborhood in March and thought it was great to have the post office right across the street from our neighborhood. We got married this past year and of course needed to mail out invites, thank yous, and christmas cards. However.... with every single time i have mailed something out in bulk from this post office, my mail has gotten to the receipient damaged. I sent out Christmas cards and my guests thank yous with in the card.... i just got a call from my friend thanking me for the Christmas envelope..... the whole thing was ruined and she has no card, or thank you. Another friend got the same thing but his envelope still had the card inside but everything was ripped up. I do not know what they are doing different at this location than other locations but i have never had this happened before. I will now have to go across town to drop my mail off in hopes that my family & friends will now get the mail i send them in one piece or even at all....
