Cleveland Kwik Kar Lube & Tune

I took my car to this location September 2012 to get a royal purple oil change and to my surprise as I left Cleveland and got to humble my car was smoking and check engine light came on I had my brother check it and there WAS NO OIL IN IT, how did I pay almost 100 dollars to get my oil changed an they did not put oil back into my brand new car????? As we took my car back on a trailer there was another man there at this lOcation that too had his car on a trailer and his car was too without oil, but his car had and oil change and transmission flush his truck was without OIL or TRANS FLUID!!!! ARE U SERIOUS KWIK KAR???? What happened to all the good employees???? Now it's a bunch of kids up there that apparently have no knowledge of working on cars, do not go there I'd suggest doing it itself or take ur car to someone whom has some sense!!!! BE CAREFUL U HAVE BEEN WARNED KWIK KAR IN CLEVELAND IS NOT THE SAME!
