Horrible!! Do not trust this place with a large order. Ruined my grandfathers funeral. We ordered so many flowers 1) they delivered it 45 minutes late when we gave then a specific time 2) they brought the wrong flowers. Total opposite of what we wanted.

RUINED WEDDING DAY!!! DO NOT TRUST HER!! She took my $$ and didn't deliver what I ordered. Everything I ordered was simple... Ivory and Orange Roses, Ivory and Orange rose petals, my bouquet was Mini Mango Calla Lillies, Orange Roses, Ivory Roses and Cymbidium Orchids for my bouquet as well as for the tables. I even dropped off brooches that I purchased so they can be placed on the Stems of the Flowers.



No Corsages - she sent boutonniere's for me instead of corsages.



Wrong Halo Wreath for my Flower Girls - Instead of Ivory Roses, one was Pink Carnations and the other was White Daisys with Purple Flowers. Not anywhere near my color scheme of Ivory and Orange.



Missing Flowers - My Bridal Bouquet was Missing the Cymbidium Orchids I paid for! The Grooms Boutonniere didn't have the Orchid either!



Bridesmaid Bouquets had Pink, Purple and Yellow flowers



LOST MY EXPENSIVE BROOCHES for the girls!!!! She couldn't find them! She said she lost it... after I started yelling she retracted her statement and said I never gave them to her.



Raised the Delivery Price on me a week before the wedding!!



I ordered 25 Orange Cymbidium Orchids and I got 17 in Green instead of all Orange Cymbidium!



The worst part is, when I called her she said "ooo, I gave you good price, so I sent you what I could". I said you gave me the price for what I asked for. I paid something that you quoted and I expect to receive what I paid for. She didn't even want to resolve it... she tried telling me I was color blind and I THINK I am seeing Pink, but it's really White!!!! I made sure I took pictures of everything and I will be seeing her in small claims court!
