River Edge Management

I was living with river edge apartment from last 1 year in jersey city. I had really nice experience with apartment and management team.

Apartment are very spacious and well maintained.
Management does very good job of communication and providing necessary service when it comes to fixing any problem / issue.

I would recommend renting apartments with them.

Riveredge Management has offered me such a great experience while as a tenant in West New York, NJ. I had an easy commute to NYC while living and enjoying the perks of living in New Jersey. The super was so nice and helpful. All my neighbors were respectful. The management office has an answering service and from the few times I've reached out, the management were always swift and kind in response. If you are searching for convenience and security, you can rely on Riveredge Management. They are both professional and reliable.

Had a minor issue with management but it was just miscommunication, I moved out happily and got my security deposit in full, thanks to the team at river edge and Dave.

I have been a tenant with riveredge management for the last year and a half and have been very pleased with the service we get. The staff is very pleasant over the phone and they came to make my repairs right away. I have recommended them to a few of my friends and so far we are very happy with our apartments.

I am not one to usually post online reviews but I know that people are always quick to write negative reviews online when they are not happy but never post when they are happy. So... I would like to share my thoughts about Riveredge Management and my experience so far. I had been renting in Hoboken with a roommate for 3 years and the rent was very expensive and when I was looking for my own place I could not afford something in the Hoboken area. I started apartment searching and wanted something affordable but did not want to sacrifice on quality and that was very difficult to find. I saw online some postings for properties that I found out belonged to Riveredge Management and the pictures were really nice and the apartments looked brand new but like every skeptical woman looking for an apartment I assumed the pictures were too good to be true and assumed that when I got to the apartment I would be disappointed with what I saw. I scheduled an appointment to see some of the apartments and I was very pleasantly surprised when I walked in to find that the apartment was indeed brand new and very beautiful and the best part was that it was well within my budget! After checking out a few different locations I ended up taking an apartment in West New York and the whole move in process was pretty smooth and I did not encounter any major issues. Now don't get me wrong it takes some time to get used to the change of environment from Hoboken to West New York but the there is a heavy price tag that comes along with Hoboken living and the trade off was well worth it. I have been living here now for 9 months and I have been very happy and I have even referred two of my friends who now have rented from Riveredge as well. Overall the service is very good and I feel that I made the right decision with my move and would definitely renew my lease this upcoming year. I have read reviews about people not getting responses from the office, however, when I have a question I email the office using the email address that was provided to me when I moved in and I always get an email back very promptly and they contact me by phone if I request it. So overall I would give this company 5 stars because I feel the quality of the apartment and the very affordable pricing is well worth it and I have had a very pleasant experience so far and look forward to it continuing.
