Rude people to talk to... Charge people unreasonably for late payment for no fault of customer...they have a monopoly in the area so do do not care relaying the info that a custommer needs to know to avoid inconviences. Their systems are so old that they are not able to identify change of address rev though they have ur SSN. U got to re- register the account and ur eft...ridiculous....
