I have never had a problem buying a car here but if/when it breaks down dont even bother with the service department. I went in on Friday afternoon with my car, that was only bought 3 months before, and had 39000 miles on it. It was already messing up. They said they couldnt fix it there that I would need to take it to their dealership in Heber on Monday and that I should not drive the car until then, but that they did not have any loaners to give me. Then monday Heber dealership says their machine shows that it hasnt misfired in 19,000 miles so their is nothing they can do. They threw in at the end that there is a recall on the ac but that it wasnt a safety concern so they couldnt possibly get to it that day. If you cant get a vehicle fixed that you JUST bought then might as well take your business elsewhere, I know I am.

The sells person Eric Pruitt is a lier crook and very unprofessional. That just goes to show what kind of people runs this company. Payton in Clinton ar. IS NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT TO GO! He will lie the first moment you walk into his office. They say the employees are only as good as their management. If this is true then the management are crooks too.
