        Don't count on for delivery

        Ordered a $100 sympathy basket to arrive (paid extra) on 12/11/2010 and it's still not here on 12/13/2010 6:30pm. I just got off the phone (was on hold 18 minutes) with the company and all they are doing is refunding the shipping charge. Which essentially means they are doing NOTHING because for normal delivery shipping is free anyway on an order in this price range, . They don't ever care. I told them I was writing this review and all they said was OK.



        Never ever again! Rating one star because I have to.
