As owner of this business for 13 yrs we have had over 1000 satisfied customers. The previous review was based on wanting a shed built on pillars about 10' off the ground in the back. I couldn't find anyone to sign off on the engeneering needed for the project. I did offer to build the shed in the driveway in front of the building site and he could have a crane set the building on the pillars. I gave him a letter explaining all of the concerns with the location of the building and finally had to walk away from the job because I don't think they would have been happy with the end result. I have unfortunately had to tell a few customers through the years I can't build in the area they want their building. I had purchased a shed from them before. Was happy with it and want another one at our new residence. Cory said he could do the job. Later he stated he could not find a landscaper, but said if I could find one, he could have a building up in one week. I found one, he talked to Corey. Now Corey is backing out on the job, saying, he is loosing money,(when no absolute price was quoted), complaining it will take three days, and actually lied to me about what the other landscape man said ! This has been going on for two and a half months now. The quality of his work is good, but don't believe his promises. Once he learns your phone number he will not answer his phone if he doesn't want to talk to you! AVOID!
