        Overall

        Totally ripped my 70+ year old grandma off! $700 plus to change one part and some pipe and to clean the furnace that is only 5 years old or so thats an entire months income for her . No wonder you hear about many older people freezing to death or die from heat. The part was only $ 50 to 100 if I could of got down to do it .plus who knows what they really did because she cant get to the basement. Total scams
